Lara Thibodeau, MD

Dr. Thibodeau is a general psychiatrist who works with adolescents (ages 16+) and adults looking for a warm and collaborative approach to their mental health. She offers both medication management and psychotherapy for the treatment of a wide variety of psychiatric concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and substance use. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and additional training in thoughtfully prescribing medications during this time. Dr. Thibodeau completed medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and psychiatry residency at Duke University, where she served as chief resident at the Durham VA Medical Center and earned the “Outstanding Resident Clinician Award.”
